Hello sir
   There is construction of my house is going on, which is hvng 9 by 9 column size, and size of plot is 60×30 , plz suggest is it good for 2 floor house or not?
and also plz suggest what should be the size of the tie beam for terrace?

        The size and quantity of MS steel is calculated with the loading condition and space between columns. However with 10' span of column with adequate MS Steel, 9''x 9'' column is good. For terrace top lay 9''x 6'' or 9''x 3'' beam both are suitable.
