Hello, I am about to start consturction of my 30x40 ft house in Bangalore. Since i work till 6 PM everyday, i am worried over supervision of house by someone, especially who should be trust-worthy. Are there anybody/any agencies etc who can over-look construction of house that will be constructed by a contractor on payment basis.

Congrats for ur new construction.It will be better to expending money on right place its ur great idea.i requesting u to consult with a local contractor or search any diploma holder having 1 or 2 years experience in ur locality.u can advertise in local news paper and next day u will be n good position to select a right person.I advise u to manage all the work by ur self not give it to contractor.if u wanna then write an agreement with him.OK
