 Topic: construction of multistory house
I have a plot of 596' with the approved plan of 375' carpet. so i would like to construct house of stealth + 3. how do I calculate the total cost for the same?

  Cost of building is depend upon the plan of building and specification adopted during construction, elevation and height of building, Type of floor, thickness of slab, size of column etc. These all things have effect on the rate per sft.If I say any rate on the hit and trial method that serves no purpose. If You have  estimate than you will be in better position to deal the contractor.
