|  Topic: cost of plumbing,sanitaion,electrical as %of civil work
1.my contractor is charging 15%over cost of civil work for plumbing and sanitaion. an additional 15% for electrical. have attached the specs.
is this correct?
2.total area to be built for a first floor of house-1765sqft
civil work-14lakhrs, joineries i.e doors,windows - 6.7lakhs teak wood being used and french doors is being charged at rs1200 per sqft, 3.3lakh finishes i.e tiles
are french doors so expensive. are the other costs ok |

Dear Naina
It would have been better if you give more details like place, construction work has been started or not, architectural plan of house otherwise it may vary cost of construction.
