 Topic: discussion about home
i want a opanion in ur side to construction of my house witch width is55 feet and depth is 43 feet.
but there is a condition, the condition is that the house is easily divided into to part in future because we are two brother.
the front of the house is the at the 55 feet  side 
so plz give me me a rough idea/map to know the estimation of cost and map of the house .
give  me rply as soon as possible

The area can be designed in such a way that it can be easily divided in two parts easily. I had the same situation in my family. What we do is we made 2 separate 2 BHK's inside and keeping the main gate as a single one so that it would not look separate from outside.

The total costing would be around 28-30 lac's all inclusive in good material.
