What is grasscrete ? 

Occasionally confused with pre-cast blocks grasscrete is in fact a cast on site cellular reinforced concrete system with voids created by plastic void formers.

This type of construction offers significant structural advantages over precast concrete and plastic systems:

Application method.

The mould is laid and the concrete is poured on site and later on the the voids are flamed to get the finish. 

Challenge is the mould is made of Wax and handling the same at the climatic condition is indian hot weather is bit difficult.  if you are using the material during the december and january climate will be more easier.
