 Topic: electrical work in house
Hi,
I have  started  house construction  in Nagpur. Pl let me know -
1) How electrical contractors charge for wiring  (per feet or no of  electrical points) when material will be provided by owner
2) What precautions are to taken while finalizing electrical contract and what are hidden cost involved in it ?

Join date: May 2014		There is no hidden cost if you are providing the material, The contract can be per point or the /sq.ft. area of your roof with unlimited point under it. The rate are different for only wiring, with switches and with Fan and lights installation. It starts from Rs. 10/Sq.ft. in case of area of at least 1000 sq.ft.
