 Topic: CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATION

Hi sir

I want to know the construction estimation for G+1 in 800+800 =1600 sft. at Hyderabad BHEL Area.

Could you please give me an idea in Min level final cost and Medium level final cost and Higher level final cost.

And please advise what will be the SFT valuation cost by the bank when we go to Bank Loan.

is 15Lacs is enough for G+1 or any thing more?

 

please advise.

          The cost of construction is depends on the plan, outer elevation of the building and specification used in construction. For medium specifications approximate cost will be Rs 15 lacs. Min level final cost - 19 lacs
Medium level final cost - 23 lacs
Higher level final cost - 27 lacs

The SFT valuation cost by the bank is 1500/Sq.ft. The bank will calculate only the inner area not the balconies. Please contact the loan officer of the bank for more details.
