For medium range good quality self construction at present raised costs of labour and materials.
Tier-1 cities / Metros - Rs. 1100 - 1300/Sqft
Tier-2/Muncipalities - Rs. 900 - 1200/Sqft
Tier-3/Towns - Rs. 750 - 1000/Sqft
You may split above costs as 60% material , 30% labour (on contract basis) and 10% other expenses approximately. Please note that if you use daily labour, it costs you 5% to 10% more.
Regards,
Venkat. | |

hello kiran
if u r going to create a house in 130 sq feet
than if u want the medium ranges then the estimate will be as follows:
total cost including construction of building including: cement bricks rcc pipe fitting wiring doors of plywood primer on walls pop(130 rs running feet in the case of false ceiling)(normal pop around 60-70rs) architect charges(12-15 rs per sqfeet)(visit charges will be around 1000rs per visit) railings (1200-1600 rs per sq.feet ss 204) grills(depends on the rate of rcc around 52-55 rs per kg) main gate(around 15000)(standard gate)
so u must undergo an estimate of around (700-750 rs per sq.feet for a medium home) (390*750)=1000000lac rs minimum required for an avg home | |
