Which is the better loo, S-trap or the P-trap?

Dear Pallubc2

          S-trap is used for out let through the floor where as P-trap is used for out let through the wall.

If you could choose wall hung type as shown in an attached sample picture, it would help a lot to keep the floors clean. However you need to get a good plumber who knows the job and fixes this well to the wall to have a firm fixture. Obviously in this case it would be a P-trap.
