my house is new....the water level in the WC reduces at times and the bathroom stinks very bad. kindly let me know the cause and remedy.

                In my view,  The P-trap used under WC Sheet have either no water seal or proper water seal which is most essential to stop bad smell from the sewer.The water reduces slowly and bad smell starts. Same is the case in bath room where the floor trap used have no water seal. Contact any good experienced plumber for this problem.
