 Topic: Average time to construct
Hello everyone,

I'm planning to build on a 30 x 50 plot. 

Ground floor - Commercial. Just a open hall
First floor - 1 BHK to rent it out
Second floor - 3BHK Duplex

1) I'd like to know how much average time would it take to build the above?

2) Also, how much time would it take to build the ground floor commercial hall. So that I can start the showroom as soon as possible.

   The time of construction is related to arrangement of material in advance, adequate and timely arrangement of labor.
However if all well it will take 3 months to complete the one unit.
