I have a house constructed in 1991 with 15 feet foundation. (It is a pillar foundation with 15 feet) and It is conventional stone foundation with 5 feet depth for walls. Kindly inform if I can construct 3 floors in this building. It is presently having a ground floor.Also I want to know the total life time of the building if i construct 3 floors.Please post your valuable answers to my mail: chagantipati.kumar@gmail.com

             It is better if you consult any engineer  of  your city who can give best advice after inspecting the house site.
