Need information on how collaboration work, I have a house 20' 50 ', old construction, need to rebuild it with collaboration. It's a one sided open plot. Please suggest. The plot is in delhi

Join date: May 2014		The builder will construct it for three floors as per the contract and will give you ground and top floor. Also he will give you some cash and rent which you have to pay while your house is undergoing construction.
