 Topic: Construction in Palampur, HP
I like to understand what is the possibility and approximate cost of building a house in Palampur, HP (2 bedrooms 150 sqft each with attached baths on upper floor and 1 drawing/ dinning room - 20 x 30 sqft + 1 guest room/ office with attached bath on ground floor.

All Granite slabs and fully seasoned wood. Flooring wooden across house with some marble or granite tiles if needed.

Living room with large 10 ft x 8 ft glass Windows. Similarly larger full scape windows for bedrooms.


I like to know what is the investment range from lower (minimalistic approach) to above average quality construction and the time needed.
