 Topic: Cost of Basement Construction
Dear Guptaji,
Pl. give me advise on the following
1. I have got a plot of 24ft x 40 ft.
2. Builder said for constructing the basement, 2mt. on each side of the building is required to be left to give safety to the adjoining (left & right) buildings. As a result effective available space comes 320 sqft. (8ft X 40 ft.) and cost suggested about Rs. 9.00 lakhs

3. Pl. give me estimated cost in the above basement construction of 320 Sq ft. (8ft X 40 ft.)
