Current Construction Cost for 30 X 40 House in Bangalore

 Topic: Current Construction Cost for 30 X 40 House in Bangalore
I have a requirement to build a residential building on 30 X 40  ( G+3 )...approximately comes to 4000 Square Feet ( 40 Squares). We have already done the Architect Plan   We wold like to know the construction charges for Material Contract.  Please advise.

       Cost of building is depend upon the plan of building and specification adopted during construction, elevation and height of building, Type of floor, thickness of slab, size of column etc. These all things have effect on the rate per sft.If I say any rate on the hit and trial method that serves no purpose. If You have  estimate than you will be in better position to deal the contractor.
