Why don't you get this estimate from GharExpert? They also have this service and i have seen the sample detail estimate. It is quite good. | | |

I think, GharExpert estimator doesn't give estimate (excluding ground floor) and moreover the location is Delhi. My Location is Hyderabad.

They have a service of basic estimate as well as detailed cost estimate. You can check out both the services. Detailed cost estimate is a paid service . I think they charge Re 2/ sq. ft. . Please check the sample document they give for that.
Basic cost estimate is very generic and only based on delhi pricing. But Detailed one caters every state of india. I think so you can confirm it by sending them the email.

Dear Friends,
I got some information
Below are my estimates for 5000 sft construction (1st and 2nd floor only)
1500 Cement bags
10
ton of Steel
6 Lac of Teak wood
50,000 Bricks (1000 Bricks for 100 sft)
300 tons of Sand
1250 no of vertified titles (2X2) (5000/4 =1250)
Painting (Medum range)?
Sanitary
ware (Medium Range)?
Kindly let me know , is these estimates reasonable ?
