U people have been very kind in giving valuable advice till now, i expect the same in future.
I purchased a plot measuring 35.1X60.9 North facing, i am planning to construct the house but i am living abroad and its difficult tomonitor the quality and progress of construction, hence i need some excellent tips for construction, particularly i am intrested in G+2 plan but i may not be able to contrcut whole building now so can i make a plan of G+2 but constrcut only G+1 leaving the second floor for future.
How should i proceed for plan, will i get complete design including model with my engineer or how it works please explain, i am a doctor so i dont know anything about all this.

For construction house monitor you have to employ some one well known honest person in same location.better handover to full contract basis, full contract including materials. that is best way ,i suggest. daily report you will get from the employed person by phone.no one mointor the builders 100%.even if your are there.make plan, discuss about construction material to be use make agreement with hi
