 Topic: Starting to build a house from scratch
Dear Sir,

I have bought approximately 2 katah of land. Most of my neighbours have already build the houses in their plot (near by my plot) but due to some reason or the other, I did not initiate anything. This plot was bought by me more than 7 years back. Now I have paid all the taxes for the plot. I don't want to go for building the house in one go as I am doing a job located far away and will not be able to give much time on this. However, know I would firstly like to do boundary on my plot are then slowly i will proceed for building the house after planning properly. Before building the boundary, I would like to know whether my side neighbour have occupied any part of my plot while building his house or not. Please let me know how to find out whether my 2 katak fully available or my neighbour has grabbed some?

        You should take help of local architect or a person related to revenue, who is able to measure the size of your plot according to your land papers record.
