Till now i have not seen the effective solution for termite removal.Actually if the soil in the foundation have termite then every solution would prove futile.
For wooden structure you can paint the wood by dissolving boric acidi in water. Just paint wood with this solution on the effective areas. This could help you in removing termite for 2-3 years. It might be possible that you would have to repeat the process after few years. | |

We had similar problems at our place. A 2:3 mixture of Chlorophiriphos and water solved it ( at least there are no manace for the last three years)
However since the solution produces a strong smell, you have to keep the infected room locked for at least two days. Please remember to keep all the windows closed.

I think Ajit you are right, But boric acid must be mixed with propylene glycol hen it would kill all types of termites.
The Glycol would become a part of wood fibre and penetrate in the wood.
Other solutions are available. But before buying it, must know the effectiveness of the solution.
