One of our aquaitant is being built a Residential Apartment building and due to unforeseen circumstances.. he could not continue to complete the construction. (Partial construction done and left over by owner)
he is not a builder and i personally do know him that.
he wants to sell the aforesaid building.. I am an NRI and i had recently bought Rs 75 lacs residential plots just 200 yards away from my his building.
So, he approached my elder brother and i want to buy the same and complete the construction.
it is a 8 apartments (for 8 individual families can reside) in one building.
G+3 = Ground floor is having 2 shops and facing Black top road.
i will be in india from August-17-2012 to Aug-24-2012 on my short vacation and i want to complete this deal .. during my stay there.
So, how do i know how much amount that i need to complete the building.
