Dear all,

Can u please suggest me ..

can I go with material or with only labour charge.

in pune my plot area is 750sqft,buildup area 630 sqft.

can u please give how much material require for this work.

steel-

sand -

cement-

khadi -

duch -

etc.

pl suggest ...me

Join date: May 2014		Go with material if have lesser time or with labour only if you have enough time. The exact details cannot be provided until the layout is ready.

          You should go with labor rate and arrange material on own.

I meet 2 - 3 contractors they will rate with material 1050 - 1100 per sqft with material. if me & my partner combine build middle wall can they reduce there rate ...
