Can a single story house with load bearing brick wall withstand earthquake of scale 7?

Topic: Can a single story house with load bearing brick wall withstand earthquake of scale 7?

How earthquake resistant is the traditional construction method of rubble foundation,foundation belt,brick wall,Lintel belt and rcc roof? Can such construction withstand earthquake of magnitude 7?  Also, I would like to know upto want magnitude in richter scale the load bearing brick walls with rcc horizontal reinforcement at three levels but without any vertical reinforcements are safe?

        In my opinion you should not have worry about earth quack for single story building. See the link below as this link have 8-10 articles about earth quack, you will be able to know in detail.
