 Topic: Cost of Pillars and slab

I am planning to construct  first floor and like to know the cost of constructing 12 pillars and 5 beams with 5 inches slab.   The total area of the slab would be 1575 SFT. pl guide.

       Cost of building is depend upon the plan of building and specification adopted during construction, elevation and height of building, Type of floor, thickness of slab, size of column etc. These all things have effect on the rate per sft.If I say any rate on the hit and trial method that serves no purpose. You should take estimate from any civil engineer than you will be in better position to deal the contractor. In my view if you spent a small amount on proper planing, estimate etc which will benefit you more.If you want the service of gharexpert than see the link below or contact at suppot@gharexpert.com.

Many thanks for the advice. I shall seek help of a civil engineer for cost estimation  providing all the structural drawings and earlier plan.
