what is Difference b/w company and factory manufacturing cement?

Dear Paresh

        I think you want to know about the cement manufactured by the factory or standard company and cement made by the plant.

The factory cement is according to ISI testesed in lab Where as plant cement is made at local level and not hold good for construction.
