If you want, we can prepare house plan as per your given requirement. After completion of plan you can submit the drawings to town planner to get it approve.

Dear Mr. Amit, Thanks for your time, please be informed of the following: 1. These are 2 plots of 25'W x 50'L each, I purchased 2 plots which became 50'x50' total. 2. As per the town policy I have to construct the same with Two gates one Big Gate for Car entry and One small for entry/exit. The house design should be looking two from outside. 3. I have attached the site plan/map and the requirements of the town policies for building houses also. You are requested to please send me design atleast to choose. I have circled with Red my plot.
