 Topic: LAY OUT AND COST

I have a plot in north east delhi witch measure 25.4*47.9 (1215sq feeet] I want to contruct it three story(ground , first and second floor) at ground floor I want to leave space for parking in such a way that  a small car like swift can be round back in parking area . Any suggestion regarding layout and cost I want its urgent please help  me.

          The cost of the building depends upon the plan and elevation of the building and specification used in the construction.
