 Topic: Need Valuate the building
Hello All,

  We are planning to purchase a built house site measuring 30*18, a 3 storey building built 10 years back without pillers, Normal flooring, No additional fittings in the building, only fitted with tube light and fan,  kindly valuate the only building part with calculation details., total build up area is 1450,

Join date: May 2014		Its good to check the rates in that area of the same king of building on a real estate website. The construction cost on present rates will be aroun 15 lac's for the same.

      The cost of the building can be calculated with the help of plan of building and specification used in the building. For normal specification the cost may be Rs 800-00 to Rs 1000-00 per sft. But as stated by you the building is 10 years old so there is 10% depreciation in the cost.
