 Topic: Todays Estimate for construction
My Client wants to build a house G + 1.
Land size is 50 x 30 Ft
Built up area is 915 Sq Ft ground and 915 first floor
Portico and stair case is 362 Sq ft in ground and 362 in first floor
What will be the total estimate for the house including compound and septic tank and water tank with capacity of 10000 ltrs
