 Topic: The prevailing labor wages for construction of RCC building in Vijayawada is 150
The prevailing labor wages for construction of RCC building in Vijayawada is 150 to 180 per Sq.Ft. This is for any apartment that will have inner walls, plastering, closets, shelfs, etc etc. What should be the labour cost for RCC building per Sq.Ft if I want to have just slab and outer walls? I want to construct a building of 3000 Sq.Ft plinth area with just outer walls, windows and rolling shutters. What should be the labour cost per Sq.Ft for this kind of construction. Please help for this question...

      It is better if you do the work with your own labor by giving some time for supervision. As for labor rate the contractor can claim extra but not give benefit for less work. For this contact 4 to 5 contractor of the area and give work to lowest bidder.
