As stated by you that there is well in the past, so there is every possibilty of shrinkage in the well area. Due to this fact there is chances of failure of foundation and also floor damage. It is advisable if you take the help of local engineer of your town or city, who will make site inspection and do the right solution. However for column construction and other RCC work, go to gharexpert site construction section and you will find lot about construction work material if you spen time on the website.
