 Topic: Low Cost Housing Construction Ideas
Looking to open a discussion on experimenting low cost construction ideas and techniques suitable for tropical climates particularly in Sub-saharan Africa. 

We are facing a huge housing deficit in this part of the world, GDP is too low for the masses to own a home of their own, most property developers are focused on the affluent and the shrinking middle class with their property offerings hence, a massive number of developments that is unaffordable for the average citizen. 

I am looking to discuss and explore the possibilities of importing proven low cost housing methods and techniques into our environment to tackle the problem highlighted above. I am aware our problem is not peculiar one hence the reason i'm here to meet professionals.
