 Topic: building a house
sir ,i am from assam ,guwahti,i want to know regarding foundation cost of a building and the materials that will be required for foundation for a G+2 having area of 1000 sqft of land.The land in and around guwahati is not that hard.pls specify amount of materials that will be required for the foundation including labour cost per sqft prevailing in small cities in india and duration for completion of such building.i also wnat to know after completion of building waht will be the cost of the ground floor with staircase to the first floor.pls advise .it will be very helpful.

        The cost of construction is related with plan of building, specification used in construction. However construction cost is range between Rs 1000-00 per sft to 1500-00 per sft.
