wHAT IS THE LEVEL OF DPC FROM THE GROUND?

         The level of DPC is at the flood level point of that area, it means that in the heavy rain what is water level standing in the street.
2. Position of level in the surrounding area buildings.
3. The street or road level of the area.
BUT  IT SHOULD NOT BE LESS THAN 1.5 TO 2 feet.
