 Topic: Load Bearing vs RCC frame
Hi,
I'm planning to build a G+3 House (Construction area 30x40 ft) Could you please suggest what would be the best option for me Load Bearing Construction or RCC frame. Area of  Construction is on plan. (Kolkata North)
Please mention few advances and your suggestions.

Dear DK

For G+3 frame structure building is best option. It is safe against earthquacke, Saving in space due to less thickness of walls, good adjestment in the space. See link below.
