 Topic: Cost estimate
Sir we have to construct an industrial shed for manufacturing,. I would like to know what will be the cost difference, if we do not construct using  the conventional brick and cement construction and instead of that use an Industrial tin shed. The plan is to start production in  the tin shed and as the business grows after some time replace the tin shed with brick and cement building. Is this an advisable plan from the point of view of saving initial expenses. Please advise what will be the saving if the area to be covered is 3800 sqft.
Also please let me know if it is advisable to have a basement.

           As there is shortage of land and the cost of land is very high , taking in view the basement construction is advisable.
  The cost of shed is less in comparison of RCC slab construction.
