Dear Gupta Sir,

I am from Assam. I wish to know approx estimate for 3 storey building in assam. I use your estimator for ground floor which I attach here with. The specification of the building(Ground floor) is as follow...

Area ( in sq.ft ) 2080 to 2200
Foundation: 10 feet below earth and 8 feet to plinth level of the building
Slab :thickness of slab 4.5' 
bedroom: 4 Nos 13'*14'
Livingroom: 2 Nos 13'*12'
Kitchen: 2 Nos 10'*10'
Dining room: 2 Nos 10'*13'
Balcony: 8'*30'
Stare case: 8'*12'
garage: 10'*17'

N.B.: How much MS Steel Need RCC Bored piling (Per Pil) for 3 storey building and re estimate the building cost without labour cost. Local cost are given in the attach file.

         For calculating the tentative cost/ rough cost estimator is good tool for this purpose. If you want exact/ detail cost estimate than it can be possible from detail estimate based on the actual architectural drawings and structural drawings/ design.See the link below
