Please suggest me plot design for north 50feet and west32 feet size plot with proper vaastu direction

I have a plot in hyderabad. East facing plot. The measurements are as follows:
East and west: 30 feet
North side  49' -10"
South side 42'-7"
I require a best and compact 2 or 3 bed room house with store room, pooja room etc. Can any one suggest good plan. Estimation is also required.
