Topic: Can we construct 4inch wall on extended slab after horizontal beam ?

Hello,

We are constructing a two floor house, and are planning to construct a 4 inch wall on extended slab which is 40 feet long and 3.4 feet wide from beam.

Please advise, if it is safe to construct wall on cantilever slab.

I attached a picture of my house plan.

Thanks,
Sravan.
