M Sand can be used for Foundation

 Topic: M Sand can be used for Foundation
Hi,

I am Umesh, currently I am construction a 3 floor Commercial complex. For foundation can I used M-sand instead of river Sand. 
Also, please let me know what should be mixing proportion (Cement,M-sand and Jelly).

       You can used M-sand and cement concrete proportion is 1:1.5:3 i.e 1 part of cement 1.5 part of coarse sand and 3 parts of bazri.
