Hi! Our house is in an area of around 210 gaz. It’s a 25 yrs old building. We are planning to re-construct the house. We are two married brother and parents also live with us. Have a family size of 7 members, including 1 child. I would like to know that is it possible to make the house in two portions (like two 2 BHK apartment on the same floor with two kitchens) one apartment on one side of the floor and another one on other side. Is it OK to construct in that way? We have seen houses constructed in that manner in our locality. Please help… Thanks

sir,

it depends upon the frontage of your plot, whether it can be divided into two parts or not, or otherwise is it a corner plot etc. etc.

decision is yours
