Topic: size of pillar, no. of pillar- reg.

Sir,

I am Deepak, now I like to start a construction of g+2 door. Im asked my builder to use 4 nos of 20mm and 2 nos of 16mm rods in pillar size of 15"*9" pl. Suggest me shall I use this size, and pl suggest me what is the correct size of plinth beam and column size what grade of ms rod to be use.

Pl. Do me the needful sir
