Topic: Fixing 8" pvc pipe through bathroom wall for fitting exhost fan

Is fixing a pvc pipe of 8" dia through bathroom wall enough for fitting an  exhost fan? Whether there will be problems in finding exhost fans with rounded shape back for a direct fit to 8" pipe? or Should I provide 8" square hole?
