RCC foundation instead of brick foundation

 Topic: RCC foundation instead of brick foundation
Hi Friends,
  I want to build a 2nd garage.  The current garage has a brick foundation 75cm deep below ground level.  It is a step foundation almost as given in GharExpert for(9" thick brick wall load bearing foundation).

The garage has a single brick wall (9") with corrugated steel sheet as roof.

I do not want to use brick foundation for the 2nd garage. Instead I would like to use RCC beams as foundation.

What should be the size of the RCC beam?  Will a beam size of 2 bars of 12mm at the bottom and 2 bars of 10mm at the top be sufficient, or more/less steel is needed?

Your advice will be most welcome.

      For garage is a single story building need not for RCC foundation. How ever lay 12'' wide and 9'' high with 6mm ring/ties with 3nos 12mm MS steel bars at bottom and 10mm at top.

Thanks for the to-the-point info. Mr. SL Gupta. Your advice is much appreciated.

I prefer concrete foundation over brick because concrete is cheaper in our region.  The cost of labor is too high.
